Houston Food Bank, Community Assistance Program (CAP)	Hyperlink in title	Focused on raising awareness in the service area of available social services and provides assistance in applying for state-funded social and health services, including SNAP, Medicaid, Children’s Medicaid and others.
Houston Food Bank, Community Resource Center (CRC)	Hyperlink in title	If you are enrolled in Food Scholarship or Food Rx, you can shop at the CRC twice per month by making an appointment. This strategic initiative supports the education, health and economic mobility of our neighbors and is possible in collaboration with community partners.
